Our services and capabilities span several ends of the industry. Since 2004, we've expanded our capabilities from product concept and design to consulting on process control solutions. Electronic Design

We specialize on mixed signal analog/digital designs. We offer design services from single board modules to finished products. Our capabilities span a full range of design considerations including microprocessor designs, audio/video products. We also have an extensive knowledge on environmental control and monitoring products. Our EPC-2374 was designed for several applications such as:

- Temperature: temperature protection, temperature monitoring, temperature data logging,
- Humidity: humidity protection, humidity monitoring, humidity data logging,
- Dewpoint: moisture protection (dewpoint early detection)
- Advanced Features: Advanced features of logic configurable outputs, time and date stamped history logging and peak high/low recording.

PCB Design and Fabrication

Our specialties include high speed and RF PCB layouts for the communications and test / measurement fields with dense microprocessor PCB layouts for commercial and industrial industries. PCB services include design, manufacturing and assembly evaluation with comprehensive design review reports. We also provide Signal integrity and trace impedance issues to meet your digital design needs, Auto routing for dense, multi layer designs. Finally to close out your project you are provided with detailed documentation packages provided upon request (BOM's, Fab notes, etc.)

Electronic Repair

We provide repair of most industrial & commercial production line systems including CNC Machinery, Motor Controllers, Clutch Controllers, High Power Relay Boards, Process Controllers and many other systems including evaluation and root cause analysis. Most companies do not realize that a single component in the system is usually at fault requiring constant maintenance. We have proven again and again, that upgrading to a higher quality component can save thousands of dollars in costly repairs and production down time. Our repair facility has over 7 years of experience with industrial repair and upgrades. We have designed and manufactured reliable replacement modules and circuit boards for industrial corporations. Since then, we expanded our repair lab to accommodate upgrading your systems most common faulty components to higher reliability components.

Website Design & Network Setup

Coming July of 2009, we'll provide not only web design, but a complete web setup solution. This service primarily targets small and medium sized businesses with either no site or a redesign of their existing site.
